Weight Loss Secrets
I'm going to give you some tips on how to get six pack abs. First let me start by saying this isn't easy for a lot of people. Some people have the genetics and metabolism that allows them to eat just about anything they want and still stay thin. For the rest of us it requires a fitness plan and a good diet.
Let's start with the diet. This is really simple in theory but difficult to stick with. Stay away from fast food, soda, candy, and starchy foods. Here's a simple rule to follow: if it comes pre-packaged in a box or a bag, it's probably not very good for you. Eat only fresh meats, vegetables, and fruits. Instead of a donut (or two) for breakfast, try having a banana instead. Instead of fast food for lunch or dinner, cook some beef, chicken or pork with fresh vegetables.
Now for the exercise part. You need to start some fat burning exercises. If you have excess fat on your midsection, your abs won't be visible no matter how toned you get them. The good news is you don't need any fancy equipment. You can find some great bodyweight exercises here, and all you need is a little floor space.
I would also recommend running sprints at least a couple times a week. Just run all out for 25-50 yards, rest for a couple minutes and do it again. Even better are hill sprints, uphill running will blast the fat off of your midsection fast.
Of course you need to do some exercises that isolate your abs. Crunches with knees bent, crunches with legs raised, leg lifts, and leg thrusts are some good exercises.

Great post. These tips belong in any good weight loss program. I agree with all of it but I am unable to do sprints and have to resort to fast pace walking.
